Oro's iGuard prevent skimming or unauthorized use of your card in several RFID applications. ORO provides the protection against unauthorized use of your card. Purchase In-Stock RFID Blocking Sleeves

We have created the ORO Sleeves to respond to the increasing use of RFID chips in passports, enhanced driver licenses, credit/debit cards, and smart cards. We also have created the same use for Phone Cases, Passport Cases and bags.

Oro Classics is made with a materrial we developed to provide protection against unauthorized access and skimming of RFID cards. Thieves use cheap technology to ‘skim’ card information to obtain the cardholder name, card number and expiration date. They exploit the information to make unauthorized purchases online or by phone. The information can also be transferred to other cards for fraudulent use, or it may be sold on the black market.

The largest application of these cards are used for United States Federal and State government identification, Canadian government identification, bank cards, ID cards, and building access cards. Many states and provinces located along the U.S./Canadian border issue an Enhanced Driver’s License that requires RFID blocking protection. Without the protection of the ORO RFID blocking sleeve, skimming, unauthorized use or identity theft can happen while your card is still in your wallet. Some contactless card terminals can even read and charge your card from another checkout line.

ORO™ RFID blocking sleeves are designed to shield all contactless credit cards, passports, drivers licenses, ISO 14443A/B and EPC Gen1/Gen2 contactless smart cards; any contactless card that operates at 13.56 Mhz and above. The 13.56 Mhz interface is the one that typically contains personal data. Below is a list of the card types that are shielded or protected by our iGuard™ RFID blocking sleeves.
